BluSky Launch $50,000
Launch is BluSky’s monthly-subscription evaluation, running through three phases: Evaluation, a Buffer Zone, then Sim Funded. It’s the cheapest way into a $50K BluSky account by monthly cost, though a one-time launch fee kicks in once you actually pass.
Key Facts
- Evaluation profit target: $3,000 | Buffer Zone target: $3,000 | Drawdown: $2,000 (EOD trailing)

Billed $59 every 30 days while you're in the evaluation - billing stops the instant you pass, nothing to cancel. A renewal on an already-failed account includes a free reset (no extra charge). A manual reset before renewal costs $49. Because your biggest day can't exceed 50% of total profitable-day profit, you need at least 2 profitable days to pass.

📋 Additional Rules
This covers two parts. First the Buffer Zone: build up to a $3,000 profit target with no daily loss limit (gentler than the Evaluation), 34% consistency rule. Fail it and only the Buffer Zone resets - your passed Evaluation still stands. Buffer Zone reset costs $250 for the first 3 resets, then $300 for resets 4-6, $350 for 7-9, rising in $50 steps. Once you clear the buffer, you're in Sim Funded with the payout terms described above. The launch fee ($99) is due within 14 days of passing the Evaluation - miss the deadline and the account expires permanently with no reinstatement.
Things to Remember
- Consistency here only counts profitable days – your biggest winning day can’t exceed 50% (Evaluation) or 34% (Buffer Zone) of the sum of all your winning days. Losing days don’t factor into the math at all.
- Billing stops automatically the moment you pass the Evaluation – you don’t need to cancel anything.
- The Buffer Zone and Evaluation are separate: failing the Buffer Zone only resets that stage, not your already-passed Evaluation.
- Your $99 launch fee is due within 14 days of passing – miss it and the account expires permanently, no exceptions.
- Once you clear $10,000 in total profit, you’re reviewed for Live Brokerage, where the payout caps disappear entirely.
FAQ
- What happens if I fail the Buffer Zone?
- Only the Buffer Zone resets. Your passed Evaluation stays valid, so you’re not starting completely over – just rebuilding through the buffer target again.
- Is the launch fee optional?
- No – it’s due once you pass the Evaluation and is required to activate your Buffer Zone / Sim Funded account.
- How fast can I actually pass?
- As few as 2 profitable days, since the 50% consistency rule mathematically requires at least that many.
