Things to Remember
- The $500 limit is static, so your floor is fixed at $9,500 in the evaluation. That’s a lot easier to manage than a trailing drawdown, but $500 is still tight on 10 micros, so size matters.
- Sim Funded starts at a $0 balance with the same $500 static floor. There’s no buffer to build before your first payout.
- Close all positions before you request a payout, and wait for the amount to be deducted before you trade again.
- Any profit above $5,000 in a single day on Sim Funded is forfeited.
- You can only hold 1 Studio account at a time, either an evaluation or a Sim Funded account.
- Studio accounts trade on Hyperprop only, and there’s a daily purchase cap. If it says sold out, check again after midnight ET.
- After 5 approved payouts or $5,000 total requested, you’re eligible for Live. Live starts at 40% of what you’ve requested (up to $2,000), with an end-of-day trailing drawdown and a 90/10 split.
FAQ
- What’s the difference between Studio #001, #002 and #003?
- Only the size. #003 is $5K for $75, #001 is $10K for $140 and #002 is $20K for $280. The drawdown, contract limit, daily profit cap and payout minimum scale with the size. The rules are otherwise the same.
- Is there any waiting period before my first payout?
- No. Once you’re on Sim Funded and in profit by at least $250, you can request it. No qualifying days, no buffer.
- Can I trade minis?
- No. Studio #001 is micros only, up to 10 contracts.
