My Funded Futures Core Plan Explained

Well, if you are choose to go with My Funded Futures core account you should see and know how all stages work. There are basically three stages and different rules apply to every stage.

As of now I have not yet got my funded futures affiliate(got rejected) but I am writing this because I use them myself.

Stage 1Evaluation
Stage 2Simulated Funded (You Get Some Payouts)
Stage 3Live Funded (You Get Payouts here too)

MFFU Evaluation Stage 1

Before you start your account you will be asked if you want a free add on or not. Read second stage for that.

Metric$50,000 Account$100,000 Account$150,000 Account
Profit Target$3,000$6,000$9,000
Max Loss Limit (EOD)$2,000$3,000$4,500
Daily Loss LimitNoneNoneNone
Max Contracts (Mini/Micro)3 / 306 / 609 / 90
Minimum Trading Days2 Days2 Days2 Days
Consistency Rule50%50%50%
Activation Fee$0$0$0
News TradingAllowedAllowedAllowed
Reset FeeSame as monthly costSame as monthly costSame as monthly cost

Now what you see at evaluation is you have a 50% consistency so no profit should exceed more than half of your profits. News trading and scalping everything is allowed. No tricky part here give yourself room dont risk too much. Clearing it in a week is possible. You can be but I wont advice you to be that “clear in 2 days guy”.

I use trading view via tradovate connection, since I use tradingview I need an external copier so tradesyncer does the work for me.

Stage 2 Sim Funded (50k Core Metrics are used)

How your Lot Sizes Changes

The main thing when you reach here is that your max contract gets decreased at starting and you scale based on profits.

Your Current ProfitMax Mini ContractsMax Micro Contracts
Below $1,0001 Mini5 Micros
$1,000 – $2,0002 Minis10 Micros
$2,000 – $4,0003 Minis15 Micros

How Add on Decides Your Payouts

You can request 50% of your profits only and after that you get 80% of the amount according to the split.

Without Core Flex AddonNo buffer requirement $1000 x 5 = 5000 is max you can earn from 5 payouts then shifted to live
With Core AddonBuffer requirement, static drawdown after a point, increased payout cap$2400 x 5 = 12000 is max you can withdraw from 5 payouts then shifted to live

Now after you have passed based on what you have choosen your payouts requirement will differ, If you ask me then take the add on it lets you keep account longer. Most won’t be able to take out 5 payouts without add on including me.

With Flex Add On

For a 50k you will need a $3000 buffer, well you can withdraw before it but whatever you withdraw 50% stays as buffer until 3000. But what it does is:

  • After $2100 your balance becomes static
  • Increases max payout to $3000
  • 5 seperate $100 days still required for payout

Without Flex Add on

No buffer requirement but remember:

  • Max payout is just $1000 (for 50k core)
  • Withdrawal will leave very less space you may lose the account
  • 5 seperate winning days still needed for payout

Stage 3 – Live Account (50k Core Metrics are used)

You had all the fun on sim funded stage and now lets come to live.

You qualify for live after 5 payouts from sim funded stage. The best things is now that the payout caps are now removed but remember you still need 5 winning days for payout.

MetricLive Stage
Profit TargetN/A (Withdrawal focus)
Max Loss Limit$2,500 (Static)
Daily Loss Limit$900 (Fixed)
Min. Trading Days5 Winning Days*
Consistency RuleNone
Max Position (fixed)2 Minis or 20 Micros.
Payout CapUnlimited (above allocation)

You can withdraw till $140 of the balance for that you need 20 winning days of 100 each on live stage
