📈 Scaling Rules

Starts at the same 8 minis / 80 micros as your evaluation and scales up progressively from there as your funded balance grows; Blue Guardian doesn't publish the exact schedule

📋 Additional Rules

No consistency rule applies once funded — that only applies during the evaluation. To request a payout, complete at least 5 winning days at a minimum $200 profit each; days don't need to be consecutive and the counter resets after every approved payout. Payout cap stays 50% of profit, up to $2,500 per request. For accounts purchased on or after July 27, 2026, payouts 2 through 5 also require $1,000 net profit (profit minus losses) since your last approved payout. Drawdown locks for good at $100,100 (starting balance + $100) once you take your first payout.

Things to Remember

  • Hitting the $1,700 limit pauses trading for the day only — the account and your progress stay intact.
  • At 8 minis / 80 micros of size, it’s easier to reach $1,700 in losses than it looks — size down if you’re trading multiple setups in a session.
  • Bundle discounts apply the same way here: 30% off two accounts, up to 50% off five.
  • FundedTruth traders get a free second evaluation account on passing.

FAQ

Does the daily limit affect my funded payout terms?
No — the DLL only applies to risk management during trading. Payout caps and thresholds are the same as the no-limit version.
What’s a realistic use case for this plan?
Traders who keep position sizes consistent and don’t need room for an outsized losing day — you get the full 100K size and target for a lower entry price.
Can I upgrade to the no-limit version mid-challenge?
No — the DLL is fixed to the account at purchase, so you’d need to buy the no-limit version separately if you want that flexibility.

I’ve been trading for over 5 years, mainly across Indian markets, futures, forex, crypto, and CFDs. Over the years, I’ve traded with a lot of different brokers and prop firms and spent a huge amount of time testing their rules, platforms, pricing, drawdown models, payout systems, and trading conditions.

I’ve been through plenty of failed prop firm challenges myself before eventually figuring out what works for me. That experience has given me a pretty practical understanding of what traders actually deal with when choosing a prop firm or trading platform.

Outside of trading, I work with financial content, SEO, and WordPress. I’ve built websites and tools around trading and finance, tested a wide range of trading tools, and even modified Pine Script indicators on TradingView as a hobby.

I write about prop firms, brokers, crypto platforms, and trading tools with a focus on the things that actually matter to traders, including rules, costs, payouts, and the overall trading experience.
