📋 Additional Rules
Payout cap: $1,500 on your 1st payout, $2,000 on 2nd+ payouts. Trailing drawdown locks once your EOD balance reaches $26,600, becoming your permanent max loss limit. After any payout, the drawdown floor re-locks at $25,100 (starting balance + $100). If breached before your first payout, the account can be reactivated (up to 2 times, within 30 days of breach) for a $450 fee instead of buying a new evaluation - once a payout has been received, reactivation is no longer available.
Things to Remember
- This is the only Standard size with NO Daily Loss Limit at all – every other size (50K-150K) has one, even though it’s a soft breach.
- Consistency only applies once funded, not during the evaluation – and breaking it doesn’t fail your account, it just blocks payout requests until your profit distribution evens out.
- Your first payout is capped lower ($1,500) than subsequent payouts ($2,000) – the cap increases automatically after your first successful withdrawal.
- The trailing drawdown locks permanently once your EOD balance reaches $26,600. After that, and after any payout, it re-locks at $25,100 (starting balance + $100) – it never moves again from there.
- If you breach before your first payout, you can reactivate the same account (up to 2 times, within 30 days) for $450 instead of buying a whole new evaluation – but that option disappears the moment you’ve received a payout.
- Copy trading is fine between your own accounts, but using someone else’s signals or letting a third party trade for you is against the rules.
- Micro-scalping is capped: less than 50% of your total profit can come from trades held under 10 seconds, in both the evaluation and funded stages.
FAQ
- Is there really no Daily Loss Limit on this account?
- Correct – the $25K Standard is the only size without one. You’re still bound by the overall trailing drawdown.
- What happens if I violate the 40% consistency rule?
- Nothing breaks – your account stays active. You simply can’t request a payout until you’ve earned enough additional profit to bring your best day back under 40% of the total.
- How soon can I request my first payout?
- 3 days after placing your first trade on the funded account, assuming you’re above the $1,600 buffer and consistency-compliant.
