FundedNext Legacy $25,000
Legacy is FundedNext Futures’ structured, discipline-first model — no daily loss limit, but a 40% consistency rule you have to respect during the Challenge. Break it and you’re not failed outright, your target just goes up. Once funded, the consistency rule drops away entirely, but payouts are gated behind benchmark days rather than being freely available whenever you’re in profit.

📋 Additional Rules
No daily loss limit and no time limit to pass. If a single day's profit exceeds $500 (40% of the $1,250 target), your required total profit is recalculated upward instead of failing the Challenge - formula is Highest Daily Profit divided by 40%. One-time fee, resettable only while still in the Challenge; reset fee $73.99.

📋 Additional Rules
No consistency rule and no daily loss limit once funded. Contract limit increases to 3 minis / 30 micros. Need 5 benchmark days of $100+ profit each, plus $500+ profit since your last withdrawal, before each Performance Reward. Min withdrawal $250. Before 30 total benchmark days, max withdrawal is 50% of profit up to $3,000 per request; after 30 benchmark days, the 50% cap and dollar cap both lift and you can withdraw up to 100% of your simulated profit. 80% reward share. Your first withdrawal resets the Max Loss Limit back to your original $25,000 starting balance rather than continuing to trail. Withdrawing all your simulated profit in one go triggers a hard breach.
Things to Remember
- Going over the 40% daily cap during the Challenge doesn’t fail you — it recalculates your target upward using Highest Daily Profit ÷ 40%. A $700 day, for example, would push your $1,250 target up to $1,750.
- Payouts aren’t just “whenever you’re in profit” — you need 5 benchmark days of at least $100 profit each, plus $500+ profit since your last withdrawal, before you can request one.
- Before you’ve logged 30 total benchmark days, withdrawals are capped at 50% of profit, up to $3,000 per request. Cross 30 benchmark days and both caps lift — you can pull up to 100% of your simulated profit.
- Your Max Loss Limit trails normally until your first withdrawal, at which point it resets back down to your original $25,000 starting balance instead of continuing to trail higher.
- Withdrawing every dollar of your simulated profit in a single request triggers a hard breach — always leave some profit in the account.
FAQ
- What happens if I have a huge profit day during the Challenge?
- You’re not failed. Instead, your required total profit gets recalculated upward – divide your best day’s profit by 40% to get the new target.
- Why does the contract limit change once I’m funded?
- FundedNext gives Legacy traders more size once they’ve proven themselves in the Challenge — the cap goes from 2 minis / 20 micros up to 3 minis / 30 micros.
- What’s the “30 benchmark days” milestone about?
- It’s the point where FundedNext stops capping how much of your profit you can withdraw. Before it, you’re limited to half your profit per request up to $3,000. After it, that cap disappears entirely.
