Lucid Trading Adds On-Demand Payouts for DLL On Accounts and a 40% Consistency Option

Lucid Trading is rolling out on-demand payouts for accounts with the daily loss limit turned on, a new 40% consistency option on Flex and LucidDaily evaluations, and a path toward a fully customizable plan builder.

The firm posted the details in its Discord on 16 October as a Product Roadmap Update. The changes go live Sunday, 18 October at 5 PM ET, along with a kickoff promotion. An end-of-day funded version of LucidDaily is planned before Thanksgiving.

On DLL On accounts, traders can request a payout as soon as the dashboard shows every objective complete. On LucidDaily with DLL On, multiple requests are allowed from the same account in one session. Lucid says the daily loss limit is the main reason it is limiting on-demand payouts to DLL On accounts, because most hedging and group-trading activity it sees sits on DLL Off.

Flex and LucidDaily evaluations gain an optional 40% consistency setting. Lucid says this makes most evaluations cheaper. Pricing on LucidDaily has already moved lower. The 50K Flex with DLL Off is getting a meaningful price increase so it lines up with the rest of the industry. Prices will keep being tuned as the new configurations collect data.

The longer-term goal is a plan builder where traders choose their own rules. No rules at a premium price, or stricter rules at a discount. The recent add-ons were the first step toward that.

These are configuration and payout-timing changes on existing plan families at Lucid Trading. The core drawdown, profit-split, and funded rules stay in place unless you pick a new option at checkout. Existing accounts are not automatically moved to the new settings.

For traders who prioritize getting paid quickly, DLL On just became the clearer path on Flex and Daily. The price trade-off is the higher cost of the DLL Off versions in some cases, and the new consistency option is only available on the evaluation side for the plans that get it.

Our Take: Handing more configuration choices to traders is a practical response to the usual complaint that every rule change is controversial. On-demand payouts on DLL On accounts remove a waiting window for those who choose the daily loss limit. The 40% consistency option and the price rebalancing are the parts that will actually change what people pay. Check the live pricing page after 5 PM ET on Sunday before you buy, because the exact numbers will move with the rollout.

I’ve been trading for over 5 years, mainly across Indian markets, futures, forex, crypto, and CFDs. Over the years, I’ve traded with a lot of different brokers and prop firms and spent a huge amount of time testing their rules, platforms, pricing, drawdown models, payout systems, and trading conditions.

I’ve been through plenty of failed prop firm challenges myself before eventually figuring out what works for me. That experience has given me a pretty practical understanding of what traders actually deal with when choosing a prop firm or trading platform.

Outside of trading, I work with financial content, SEO, and WordPress. I’ve built websites and tools around trading and finance, tested a wide range of trading tools, and even modified Pine Script indicators on TradingView as a hobby.

I write about prop firms, brokers, crypto platforms, and trading tools with a focus on the things that actually matter to traders, including rules, costs, payouts, and the overall trading experience.
