Rules
What You Can and Can’t Do
EOD Drawdown — All Accounts
Drawdown only calculates at end of day based on your closing balance. Intraday spikes against you don’t count. If you’re up $1,500 intraday but close at +$300, only $300 trails.
News Trading Allowed
Trade NFP, FOMC, CPI and all major news events without restrictions. No lockout windows before or after news releases on any account type.
Scalping & DCA Allowed
Scalping is permitted as long as it reflects realistic execution and market behaviour. Scaling into positions (DCA) is fully allowed across all account types.
Automated Strategies Allowed
Trade bots, EAs, and trade copiers are permitted. Full automation is supported across all platforms and account types.
No Overnight / Weekend Holds
All sim-funded positions must be closed by 4:45 PM EST. No overnight or weekend holds on Flex, Pro, or Direct. Only LucidLive allows swing trading once you go fully live.
Inactivity Rule
Accounts not traded within 30 days are permanently deleted from the system. Keep at least one active trade per month to maintain your account.
