Hola Prime has published a single Rulebook that puts challenge criteria, trading rules, breach conditions and change logs in one place. The firm also confirmed that three earlier restrictions stay gone: the 60% profit concentration trigger, the 70% maximum margin rule, and the three-minute stop-loss deadline.
The Rulebook launch was announced via press release on 21 October. CEO Somesh Kapuria said the goal is to let traders find the conditions that apply without hunting across multiple pages. A public change log tracks every update. The three removals themselves date back to mid-September and already apply to existing accounts as well as new ones.
Most prop firms have been adding rules this year. Hola Prime moved the other way on these three points while keeping its 2% risk-per-idea limit, stop-loss requirement and daily and overall loss limits. The Rulebook itself is mainly a packaging change, but the transparent log is the part that matters if rules keep shifting.
For traders, the practical effect of the removed rules is more room on single large trades and on margin usage, and no clock on placing a stop. The rest of the risk framework is unchanged.
Our Take: Consolidating the rules is useful. Removing the three mechanical triggers is the more meaningful part, especially since it applies to accounts already open. Whether the overall set still suits a given strategy is still a case-by-case check.
