Phoenix Trader Funding Adds Rise as a Payout Method Across All Account Types

Phoenix Trader Funding just added Rise as a payout option for every account type it offers.

The firm posted the update on its official X account on 27 October. Classic, Daily, Spark, Merit and Phoenix Labs accounts can now choose Rise alongside the existing methods: Payoneer, PayPal and Wise. Traders pick it in the payout form on their next request.

Rise has become a common rail for prop firm payouts because it supports faster international transfers for many traders. Phoenix already listed Payoneer, PayPal and Wise, so this expands the menu rather than replacing anything. The firm did not announce changes to payout frequency, caps, buffers or the path to a Live account.

For traders already with Phoenix, it is a practical upgrade if Rise works better for their bank or country. New buyers get the same choice once they reach a payout. Nothing in the announcement alters the rules that decide when or how much you can withdraw.

Our Take: Adding Rise is useful but incremental. It does not change the underlying account rules or the four-payout path to Live on Classic and Spark. If you already like Phoenix’s structure, the extra method is a small convenience. If you were waiting for a rule change, this is not it.

I’ve been trading for over 5 years, mainly across Indian markets, futures, forex, crypto, and CFDs. Over the years, I’ve traded with a lot of different brokers and prop firms and spent a huge amount of time testing their rules, platforms, pricing, drawdown models, payout systems, and trading conditions.

I’ve been through plenty of failed prop firm challenges myself before eventually figuring out what works for me. That experience has given me a pretty practical understanding of what traders actually deal with when choosing a prop firm or trading platform.

Outside of trading, I work with financial content, SEO, and WordPress. I’ve built websites and tools around trading and finance, tested a wide range of trading tools, and even modified Pine Script indicators on TradingView as a hobby.

I write about prop firms, brokers, crypto platforms, and trading tools with a focus on the things that actually matter to traders, including rules, costs, payouts, and the overall trading experience.
