PipFarm has removed the fixed $5,000 hard cap that used to sit on top of its percentage payout limits. New accounts bought from 1 November 2026 no longer face that dollar ceiling. The percentage cap still starts at 3% of balance and climbs by 1 point with every payout you take, and now there is no upper limit on how high that percentage can go.
The change is spelled out on PipFarm’s own payout caps help page. Accounts purchased before 1 November keep the rules they were sold under, including the old hard cap where it applied. Profit that sits above the current percentage limit stays in the account for the next request. It does not get forfeited.
PipFarm is primarily a CFD and forex firm that uses cTrader. It has been talking about adding crypto and perpetual futures challenges on a new platform, so some traders watching the futures side have been following the firm more closely lately. The payout rule itself applies across its account types.
For traders who already hold older accounts, nothing changes until they buy a new one. On the new structure, a trader who keeps taking payouts can eventually request a larger share of the account each time. On a big account the old $5,000 ceiling used to bind long before the percentage did. Removing it shifts the constraint to the rising percentage and to whatever other rules (consistency, winning days, interval) still apply on that specific model.
Our Take: Dropping the hard dollar cap is a clear improvement for anyone who can actually generate consistent profit. It does not remove the percentage ramp or the other gates, and older accounts stay on the prior terms. Check the help page for your exact model before you assume the new rule covers you.
