FundedNext Futures has pushed a new product live through its Labs division: FNL:003 Instant, a $50,000 futures account that skips the challenge phase completely. You pay once, you’re funded from day one, and the only thing standing between you and a payout is a single end-of-day trailing loss limit.
This is the third release out of FundedNext Labs, the firm’s testing ground for account structures it isn’t ready to commit to permanently. The first two drops (FNL:001 and FNL:002) were CFD experiments. FNL:003 is the first Labs product built specifically for the futures side, which tells you where FundedNext thinks the real demand is right now.
What We Know So Far
- Account size: $50,000
- Structure: No challenge phase, instant funding
- Risk rule: EOD (end-of-day) trailing maximum loss limit only, no separate daily loss limit
- Reward share: 90%
- Where it lives: Listed under FundedNext Futures alongside Flex, Legacy, and Rapid, tagged FNL:003 Instant
According to the firm’s own product page, FNL:003 is built around a $2,100 EOD trailing loss buffer and a 20% “perpetual” consistency rule that carries into the funded stage rather than dropping off after you pass, which is different from how FundedNext’s other instant products handle consistency. Affiliates pushing the launch have been calling it the account that “killed the evaluation phase,” which is marketing talk, but it’s not wrong that this removes the one thing that keeps most traders out of a funded account: passing a challenge first.
Why This Matters
Instant funding isn’t new for FundedNext. Its CFD side has offered Stellar Instant for a while. What’s new is bringing that same no-evaluation model to futures, where most of the big names (Topstep, Apex, Tradeify) still gate traders behind a Combine or evaluation stage before funding anything. If FNL:003 performs the way FundedNext wants, expect instant funding to become a bigger part of its permanent futures lineup rather than staying a limited Labs drop.
The catch, as with every Labs release, is that these are explicitly experiments. FNL:001 and FNL:002 are both already marked “not eligible for new purchase” in FundedNext’s help center, meaning they ran their limited window and closed. There’s no guarantee FNL:003 sticks around, and no guarantee it graduates into a standard, permanent plan.
Our Take
Skipping the evaluation is appealing on paper, but it shifts all the risk to the funded stage immediately. There’s no challenge phase to fail cheaply. You’re managing a $2,100 buffer on live money-adjacent trading from the first trade you place. If the 20% consistency rule really does apply on an ongoing basis rather than only during a challenge, that’s worth reading closely before you buy in. This is a Labs product, priced and packaged to move fast, and the full rulebook matters more here than the headline pitch.
We’ll follow up once the complete FNL:003 terms are posted on FundedNext’s dashboard. Traders posting confusion online about the monthly loss wording is a sign the fine print isn’t fully settled yet, so treat the marketing bullets as a starting point, not the final word.
FundedNext is already showing up as a top-three on-chain futures payer in our latest weekly payout report, worth a look if you want to see how it stacks up against Tradeify and MyFundedFutures on actual money moved.
