E8 Markets Rules

E8 Markets sells three one-step products: E8 One, E8 Pro and E8 Signature. They all have no time limit and no minimum trading days, but they handle drawdown, daily limits and payouts very differently, so it's worth reading the table before you pick a size. Every account is simulated and trades on MT4 or MT5.

How the Three Products Compare

ProductProfit TargetDaily LimitMax DrawdownSplitPayoutsSizes
E8 One6%4%6% dynamic80%On demand$5K to $500K
E8 Pro8%2.5%8% static80% or 100%Daily$5K to $500K
E8 Signature6%2% daily pause4% end-of-day dynamic ($25K and $50K), 3% ($100K and $150K)80%On demand$25K to $150K

Those are the standard preset setups. E8 One and E8 Pro are also sold as fully custom accounts, where you trade a bigger drawdown for a bigger target at a different price. A custom E8 One runs a 3% to 9.2% daily drawdown, a 4% to 14% dynamic drawdown and a 6% to 21% target, all tied together. A custom E8 Pro runs a 6% to 10% static drawdown with a 6% to 10% target.

E8 One: Dynamic Drawdown

The 6% floor only rises when you close a profitable trade, never on floating profit, and it locks for good once it reaches your starting balance. The daily drawdown resets from your starting balance each day. A payout doesn't move the floor back down. Leverage on forex is 1:30.

E8 Pro: Static Drawdown and the 2% Profit Cap

The 8% floor sits below your starting balance and moves up to lock at your starting balance once you've closed enough profit to cover it. It doesn't trail past that. The catch is a daily profit cap: only 2% of your initial balance counts toward your target or payout each day, on both the challenge and the funded account. Anything above that stays in your balance but doesn't count as performance, so you can't hit the 8% target in one big day.

E8 Signature: Daily Pause and Payout Buffer

The 2% daily limit is a soft breach called a Daily Pause. Hitting it stops your trading for the rest of that day but doesn't close the account. The hard breach is the end-of-day dynamic drawdown, 4% on $25K and $50K accounts and 3% on $100K and $150K accounts. On the funded account a buffer equal to the drawdown has to stay in the account, so you can only withdraw profit above it. News trading is unrestricted at every stage on Signature.

Consistency Rules

E8 Pro has no consistency rule. E8 Signature caps your best single day at 35% of total realised profit, and that applies on the funded stage only. E8 One caps it at 40%, but E8's own help pages disagree on the stage. The E8 One article says it applies on the funded account, while a comparison table on the same help site puts it on the challenge. Check the terms on your own account before you plan around it.

Trading Conditions

News trading and weekend holding are both allowed. The maximum position is 50 lots on standard symbols and 20 lots on gold on E8 One and E8 Pro. There's no time limit on any product, but you have to place and close at least one trade every 60 days or the account is closed. Total funded allocation is capped at $500,000 on E8 One for forex, counted separately from crypto, and on Signature you can run up to 5 funded accounts at once.
