Sure Leverage Funding is a forex and CFD prop firm founded in 2023 and based in the UAE. It sells five account types on simulated MT5 and TradeLocker accounts, and two of them skip the evaluation entirely. What sets it apart is how cheap it is to get in (a Buy Now, Pay Later account activates for $10) and how many rule differences hide between the accounts. Instant Zero has no consistency rule and no payout cap, Instant Static has an 8% drawdown that never trails, One Step pays 90%, and the EA Challenge lets you run robots until you're funded. Pick the account first, because the size matters less than the rules.

- Most rule breaks are soft breaches, not closures. The profit from the offending trade is deducted at payout, and if half your trades are flagged the whole payout is denied. Tick scalping (trades under 2 minutes) is the common one.
- The daily loss limit resets at 5pm EST, and it uses the higher of your balance or equity. Floating losses count.
- News trading is banned on funded accounts. Opening or closing a trade within 5 minutes of red folder news gets that trade's profit deducted. Add-ons can turn it on for One Step and Instant Static.
- After every payout the balance resets to the starting balance, so don't withdraw everything on an account with a trailing drawdown.
- Payouts are promised within 24 business hours, with an extra 10% on your split if they miss it. Each payout carries a fee of 2% or $10, whichever is higher.

Instant Static is the most forgiving instant account. An 8% static drawdown gives you real room, but the split starts at 50% and only reaches 80% on your sixth withdrawal, and the 25% consistency rule can stall a payout after one big day. Instant Zero is the opposite trade. The split is flat 70% and there's no consistency rule or payout cap, but the 4% drawdown trails your highest equity, so it's the tightest account here.
One Step pays the best split at 90%, and it's the cleanest evaluation, though a 10% target with a 10% end-of-day trailing floor and a 50% consistency rule is a lot to clear. The EA Challenge is the only way in if you run robots, but they're banned the day you're funded, and the split starts at 50%. Buy Now, Pay Later is the cheapest way to try the firm. You pay $10 and the rest only after you pass, but the funded account is tighter than the challenge, with a 6% trailing drawdown and a 3% daily limit.

Buy Now, Pay Later comes in $5.5K, $11K, $27.5K, $55K, $100K and $200K sizes, and every one of them activates for $10. The full account fee is due after you pass, and failing forfeits the $10. Add-ons are sold at checkout and can't be added later.
How You Get Paid
Every account pays out every 14 days through Riseworks.io or USDT on TRC20. The minimum withdrawal is 0.5% of your starting balance, and every account except Zero caps a payout at 5% of the initial balance per cycle, so $10,000 on a $200,000 account. After each payout the account resets to its starting balance.
Things Worth Knowing Before You Buy
Accounts are demo accounts on live quotes, and the firm says it may copy or A-book its best traders. Evaluation fees aren't refundable at the moment. You can hold unlimited evaluation accounts, but total funding is capped at $400,000 and only $200,000 of that can be Instant Funding. VPS and VPN are banned, and a shared IP such as an office or campus network can get an account flagged, so ask support first if that's you. The firm doesn't take traders from a long list of countries including Russia, Pakistan, Vietnam and Taiwan.
