Tradeify is a futures prop firm founded in June 2024 by CEO Brett Simberkof, offering funded accounts up to $750,000 with a 90% profit split and one-time pricing across every plan — no monthly subscriptions anywhere in the lineup. Three account types are covered on this page: Growth (fastest path, fixed payout), Select (choice of Flex or Daily payout once funded), and Lightning (skip the evaluation entirely, funded from day one).

- Growth is built for speed. No consistency rule during the evaluation means you can pass in a single day — the trade-off is a Daily Loss Limit both during the eval and once funded, plus a fixed payout policy you can't change.
- Select trades speed for choice. A 40% consistency rule and a 3-day minimum during the evaluation, but no Daily Loss Limit while you're proving yourself, and once funded you permanently pick between two payout policies: Flex (bigger, less frequent, no DLL) or Daily (smaller, faster, has a DLL and a fixed balance buffer).
- Lightning skips the evaluation completely. Instant funded status from the moment you buy, at the highest price of the three, with a progressive consistency rule (20% → 25% → 30% across your first three payouts) and no reset option if you breach.
- All three share a real backbone. One-time pricing, EOD trailing drawdown, no activation fees, and the drawdown locks permanently once your balance clears the trail level for your size.
- You can hold up to 5 funded accounts total — any combination of Growth, Select, and Lightning counts toward that shared cap.
