Update, 2 October: the public site is no longer a coming-soon page. Classic 2-Step prices are up, from $99. The follow-up is here.
CMC Funded was supposed to open to the public on 1 October 2026. On that date, cmcmarketsfunded.com still read “Coming soon” and “Website launches on 1 October 2026,” with the countdown sitting at 0 days, 0 hours, 0 minutes, 0 seconds. No plans, prices, or account rules were on the page.
That’s a miss against the date the programme itself published, not a rumour. The earlier announcement, covered here, set 1 October as the public launch and described a simulated evaluation, not a live-capital desk. The page that was meant to replace the countdown hadn’t done that yet on launch day. It had by 2 October.
What traders still don’t have
On 1 October there was no public account size, profit target, drawdown, or payout rule to compare with futures firms. Early coverage said the operating company is Dubai-based True North Tech, under a marketing agreement with CMC Markets Singapore, and that the CMC group is not the customer’s counterparty. That structure was in the pre-launch paperwork. It isn’t something you can re-check on a terms page today, because a full terms page still wasn’t the thing we verified.
A zeroed countdown can mean a delayed flip, a timezone mismatch, or a soft open that isn’t on this URL. The 2 October check shows the flip happened a day late.
Our Take
Don’t treat 1 October as a live launch. The brand date arrived and the site didn’t. The priced page arrived the next day. A countdown at zero was not an evaluation. The challenge grid is.
