FundedNext’s own pages do not agree on who a trader is dealing with.
Key facts
The company page footer says trading on the platform is executed solely by FundedNext Ltd, registration HY01023052, at Bonovo Road, Fomboni, Island of Moheli, Comoros. It says the Hong Kong company, FundedNext Limited, operates fundednext.com, and it lists GrowthNext F.Z.E. in Ajman (registration 28831) as another operational entity. The brand is described as owned by GrowthNext F.Z.E.
The terms of service, last updated 5 May 2026, say something else. The contracting party is GrowthNext F.Z.E. in the Ajman Free Zone. FundedNext Ltd in Comoros is described as an affiliate that handles operational and technical work on the simulated trading environment. FundedNext Limited in Hong Kong is described as the website operator. The terms say those affiliates do not create a separate contract with the user unless the agreement says so.
A page tracker logged an entity edit on 6 October that matches the footer wording, and an earlier 4 October edit that pointed the other way. We confirmed both live pages on 7 October. We did not confirm a separate tracker claim that Myanmar, Iran, and Russia were newly added to the restricted-country list. The help center article we opened still carries an older restricted list and says it was updated more than two weeks ago.
We wrote in September that the Hong Kong office is real and that Dubai was still listed as global HQ. That piece is here. The futures desk is on the FundedNext Futures page.
What it means for traders
For a payout or a dispute, the name on the contract matters more than the footer. Right now the terms still name GrowthNext F.Z.E. in Ajman as the party you contract with, while the public footer says the Comoros company executes the simulated trading. Those can both be true in a group structure, but the pages do not explain the split in one place. Futures traders on FundedNext Futures should not assume the CFD terms page is the futures contract. Check the agreement shown at checkout.
Our Take
This is a paperwork problem, not a new product. FundedNext has spent the year stacking entities across Ajman, Hong Kong, Comoros, Cyprus, and a separate brokerage brand. The footer and the terms should name the same counterparty, or say plainly why they do not. Until they do, treat the May terms as the contract and the footer as marketing legal copy.
