MyFundedFutures opened a new product line on 7 October called MyFundedStudio. The first two plans, Studio #001 and Studio #002, drop the trailing loss limit that sits on most of its other evaluations and replace it with a floor that does not move.
The firm posted the launch on X the same day and put the plans on myfundedfutures.com/studio. It called them limited availability. There is no end date on the page.
What the two plans actually cost
- Studio #001: $10,000 account, $140 one-time, $1,000 profit target, $500 static max loss, 10 contracts
- Studio #002: $20,000 account, $280 one-time, $2,000 profit target, $1,000 static max loss
- Activation fee: $0 on both
- No consistency rule and no daily loss limit, in the evaluation and in the sim funded stage
- Payout requests anytime, $250 minimum, and the firm says a trader who qualifies can request the same day they pass
That is a different product from MyFundedFutures Builder, Rapid, and Pro, which still trail. Builder is the one that added a soft daily loss limit in September. Studio is the opposite bet: a small account, a fixed floor, and almost no other risk rules on the headline.
A static floor is the part traders usually ask for. On a trailing account, a green day can drag the loss line up behind you, so profit tightens the rule. On Studio #001 the floor stays $500 under the starting balance no matter how far the account runs. Profit adds room instead of taking it away.
The catch is the size of that room. A $10,000 label with a $500 floor is a $500 account. One bad mini trade can end it. The page also caps size at 10 contracts on #001, which is a lot of leverage against a $500 floor if someone actually uses it.
JoinProp’s same-day read of the Studio page adds terms the launch post does not lead with. It says sim-funded net profit above $5,000 in one day on #001, or $10,000 on #002, is forfeited. It also says the split is 80%, only one Studio account can be active at a time, and seven calendar days without a trade can close the account and take unrequested profit with it. Those lines did not render in our fetch of the page, so treat them as reported from the firm’s page rather than as text we re-copied. Check the live rules before you buy.
The firm also posted a trader who started Studio at 10:41am ET and took two payouts by 11:15am. That is a marketing receipt, not a pass rate. It does match the rule the page is selling: no minimum days, no post-funding wait.
Our Take: Studio is a real rule change, not a discount code. If you hate trailing drawdown, this is the cleanest test MyFundedFutures has put up. It is also a small-floor product dressed as a $10K or $20K account. The $140 and $280 prices only make sense if you size like the floor is $500 or $1,000, because that is the money you can actually lose.
